Washington DC Capitol Hill BuildingFrom extreme flooding because of storm surges on the East Coast to drought in the Southwest to pressures on urban infrastructure, the nation is coping with the very real effects of climate change. How are cities, towns, and the federal government planning to cope with these impacts? How are they addressing the impacts that have already occurred or are happening now? Are they ready for what is yet to come? This panel explores the types of policies and actions that government at all levels are taking to ensure that we are prepared for the effects of climate change.
