Rapidly changing Arctic conditions require constant evaluation of economic, social, and security considerations for the most northern portion of the United States. Our speakers will address the risks and rewards related to the evolving energy landscape of the region and the many inherent social considerations related to energy development in the Arctic landscape, including lessons learned from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
