Log into my ePoster Account

You must log into the ePoster account on the Science Policy Conference Web site to manage your ePoster materials. Please note that only first authors’ accounts are linked to the ePoster account. The username on the account is the email address used to submit the abstract.

You can log into the ePoster system by visiting https://spc.agu.org/2013/eposters/; once logged in, click the Upload Your ePoster tab to start the upload process:

Upload my ePoster Materials

Please note that ePoster materials cannot be uploaded after the deadline (5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Zone on 26 June 2013).

To upload your ePoster materials, click Edit next to the appropriate title.

On the edit page, use the Upload buttons to navigate to where your ePoster and avatar files are saved. In the Video URL field, paste the ‘share’ link for your video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or DailyMotion.

Please remember to click the UPDATE ePOSTER button at the bottom of the page to save your submissions.

Update or Remove my ePoster Materials

Please note that ePoster materials cannot be updated after the deadline (5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Zone on 26 June 2013). If you wish to have your ePoster materials removed after the deadline, please use the ePoster help form.

 

Use the Remove links to delete an uploaded ePoster or avatar. To remove a video, simply erase the link for your video from the Video URL field.

Please remember to click the orange UPDATE ePOSTER button to save your changes.

View my ePoster Materials

ePoster materials will be available online for approximately three months after the Science Policy Conference.

Visit https://spc.agu.org/2013/eposters/ and use the search functionality to view your materials. Or, if you are logged into your ePoster account, you can click the View link next to the appropriate abstract title.

If your avatar has been successfully submitted, it will appear next to your abstract entry in the search results lists as well as on your abstract page.

If your video URL has been properly submitted, the video will embed on the General Information tab.

If your ePoster has been properly submitted, a View ePoster tab will appear.

ePosters have a unique QR code; to view a larger version of the unique QR code associated with your ePoster simply click on the thumbnail QR code as seen below.  A new window will open with a larger QR code which you can copy or print.
